Production & Operations executive

You will be responsible for maintaining production schedules and managing a line staff of about 6-7 persons. Your role will involve developing quality methods to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and achieve operational efficiency. Additionally, you may be required to collaborate with management to develop new products and ensure scalable operations within a reasonable timeframe. It is essential for you to have a valid driver's license (2 or 4 wheeler or both) and your own vehicle for commuting.
