Sales Executives

The ideal candidate for this position should be a dynamic go-getter with a graduate degree in Hotel Management, Commerce, Arts, or Catering Management. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in FMCG or Pharma product sales, particularly in the area of snack foods (extruded preferred). Responsibilities include ensuring the achievement of sales targets in both institutional and retail customer segments. Candidates must possess strong sales planning skills, teamwork abilities, and the willingness to take complete responsibility for assigned tasks. Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, especially in MS Office, is required along with proficient English communication skills. Candidates should be able to generate various reports in MS Excel and deliver professional presentations to management. Additionally, candidates must have their own two-wheeler and a valid driver's license, as extensive travel within and outside Pune city will be required.
