You are R&D Ideal Bridge, an EdTech startup with a vision to empower innovative ideas by connecting them with the right investors. Your mission is to enable India's innovators to meet smart capital. As a State Sales Head/Manager at R&D Ideal Bridge, your role involves extensive travel across colleges and universities in India. You will report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for market expansion, sales and partnerships, performance and growth, and brand development. **Role Overview:** In this position, you will visit colleges/universities to promote the Ideal Bridge platform and manage student brand ambassadors. You will generate leads, establish long-term institutional partnerships, and represent the company at various events. Additionally, you will drive sign-ups, deliver product demos, and build awareness of Ideal Bridge in student communities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit colleges/universities to promote the Ideal Bridge platform - Identify, recruit, and manage student brand ambassadors - Generate leads and convert them into long-term institutional partnerships - Manage client relationships with colleges and academic bodies - Represent the company at seminars, workshops, and networking events - Drive sign-ups, onboarding, and engagement targets - Deliver impactful product demos and presentations - Build awareness of Ideal Bridge across student communities - Collaborate with marketing and operations for effective execution **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Any Graduate (12th pass with strong sales experience can apply) - Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Sales/Business Development (preferably in EdTech, Higher Education, or Campus Outreach) - Languages: Proficiency in English + local state language - CTC: Competitive & based on experience **Desired Skills & Attributes:** - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong negotiation and closing abilities - Proven track record in sales/business development - Ability to connect with students, faculty, and institutions - Goal-driven, adaptable, and proactive in a startup environment - Open to extensive travel (Pan India),
