We are part of the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts family, and we’re looking for a proactive Sales Manager with hospitality experience to help us grow our market presence. Position Overview As Sales Manager, you will lead revenue-generating initiatives across the resort, targeting both FIT and MICE segments. You will design and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with key clients, and optimize distribution through channel management systems (IDS). This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with operational experience and digital fluency in hospitality platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans targeting corporate, travel partners, MICE, leisure, and FIT segments. Conduct frequent client outreach, including presentations, site visits, proposals, and follow-ups. Manage online distribution channels using IDS platforms (e.g., SiteMinder, Pegasus, or similar). Coordinate with Revenue Management to optimize rate strategies and inventory allocation across channels. Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, agencies, DMCs, and trade stakeholders. Represent the resort at industry forums, trade shows, and networking events. Prepare and present sales metrics such as pipeline performance, occupancy forecast, ADR trends, and market intelligence. Mentor and guide junior sales associates, driving a high-performance sales culture. Who We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3–7 years of proven sales experience in hospitality , ideally at an upscale/resort property. Hands-on experience with IDS platforms (e.g., SiteMinder, Pegasus, Sabre, TravelClick). Strong understanding of hospitality distribution channels—GDS, OTAs, direct booking systems. Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, negotiate deals, and surpass sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Opera CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
