Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business strategies. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Participate in key client meetings and negotiations when required. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales personnel. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development. Preferred Skills: Experience in [insert industry: e.g., real estate, FMCG, IT services, manufacturing]. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
