Job Description

Role Overview: Oversee sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals. Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute plans to reach sales targets, including targeting specific customer segments and developing sales tactics. Build and maintain strong client relationships: Foster ongoing relationships with key customers, building trust and rapport to secure repeat business. Analyze sales data and performance: Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and use data to improve sales processes and strategies. Forecast sales performance and provide regular updates: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress. Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures: Adhere to all relevant regulations and company guidelines. Monitoring sales performance against targets. Identifying and addressing sales issues promptly. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and submitting regular sales reports. Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Providing recommendations for improving sales performance. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
