Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the real estate CRM segment.

· Identify potential markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.

· Plan and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.

2. Team Management & Performance

· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill improvement.

· Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups to ensure consistent conversion rates.

3. Business Development & Client Acquisition

· Drive new business by identifying and approaching potential real estate clients (developers, agents, consultants).

· Build strategic relationships with decision-makers to promote CRM adoption.

· Manage high-value client negotiations and contract closures.

4. CRM Utilization & Data Management

· Ensure effective use of CRM software by the sales team for lead tracking and reporting.

· Maintain data accuracy, monitor sales funnel progress, and analyze conversion metrics.

· Utilize CRM analytics to identify sales trends and improvement areas.

5. Revenue & Target Achievement

· Achieve defined sales revenue goals within specified timelines.

· Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to meet shortfalls.

· Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.

6. Client Relationship & Retention

· Oversee key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

· Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, technical, and support teams.

· Encourage upselling, cross-selling, and renewals through relationship-driven strategies.

7. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

· Track industry developments, competitor products, and pricing strategies.

· Provide management with insights for product enhancement and market positioning.

· Recommend new features or sales approaches based on client feedback.

8. Collaboration & Coordination

· Work closely with marketing to plan lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.

· Coordinate with product and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.

· Participate in product demos, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
