Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful property transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in real estate sales, and a passion for motivating and developing a team of agents to exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations. Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in property sales Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, practices, and market conditions. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with both residential and commercial properties. Familiarity with digital marketing and online property platforms. Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission/incentives. Travel and expense reimbursement.
