Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to drive conversions. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). Create performance reports and insights to guide decision-making. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, GA4, etc.). Stay updated with platform changes and digital marketing trends. Requirements: 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads . Proven track record of managing campaigns with strong ROAS and/or lead generation results. Solid understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and analytics. Experience with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Google Tag Manager , and Meta Events Manager . Ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly. Strong copywriting and creative direction skills a plus. Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred. Nice to Have: Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRO. Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio, Super metrics, or similar.
