About the Role:

Divine Edge Properties is expanding its in-house marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage both performance and creative execution.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Marketing on campaigns that drive real estate lead generation and brand growth.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for property launches and lead generation.
• Optimize targeting, budgets, and creatives for the best CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
• Edit and adapt visuals/videos for different platforms (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Track performance data, maintain reports, and ensure campaign compliance.
• Collaborate with designers, web developers, and CRM managers for smooth campaign delivery.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (Meta + Google Ads).
• Strong grasp of lead funnels, tracking, and basic analytics.
• Good eye for visuals; able to edit short videos and ad creatives.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely interested in real estate marketing.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools (Cronberry, Zapier, LeadsBridge).
• Knowledge of remarketing, automation, and landing-page optimization.
