Role Description

As a Sales Manager at Primate Consulting, you will oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. You will lead a team of sales professionals, set and achieve sales targets, and collaborate with other departments to support company objectives. This is a full-time role, and you will be working on-site at our Faridabad location.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing industry and product sales
  • Should have strong experience making distributors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus
