Job Description

Base Location - Delhi NCR

Working Days - 6 days a week

Travel Frequency - High – Field role, 3 meetings a day

Purpose of the Role To lead and drive business growth for the Valet Business vertical by managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—while ensuring client satisfaction, operational continuity, and revenue maximization. This role plays a critical part in expanding property partnerships, managing P&L performance, and enhancing customer experience across the designated city or region manage and drive daily operations, manpower efficiency, and business growth for the Valet vertical within a designated area or zone


Key Responsibilities.

- Steer new business acquisition and account onboarding within the assigned geography.

-Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle including lead generation, proposal drafting, and closure.

-Own P&L, revenue continuity, and auxiliary cost optimization at assigned sites.

-Map the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and track competition to identify conversion opportunities.

-Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure B2B collections are aligned with agreed terms.

-Increase user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction (CSAT) through product usage tracking. -Manage channel partners and stakeholders to expand valet deployments across properties. -Ensure data visibility through regular reporting and proactive communication.

-Identify and resolve organizational or client issues impacting business growth..


Desired Candidate Profile .

Experience:

-3 to 5 years in brand management, sales, B2B development, or retail sales.

-Experience in managing enterprise sales cycles and revenue-focused operations.

-Exposure to start-up environments and high-growth companies is preferred.

-Strong foundation in BTL activations and city-level launches Skills:

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities. - Resilience under pressure and ability to manage during crisis situations.

-Passion for innovation and ownership mindset.

-Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.

-Willingness to work flexible hours and travel frequently.
