Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance; provide training and mentorship as needed.
Regularly prepare and present detailed sales reports; analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for growth.
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing department to integrate digital strategies into sales plans.
Ensure effective interdepartmental communication and information sharing.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage customer relationships and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
Foster a positive, productive, and result-driven sales environment.

Preferred candidate profile

A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Adept at problem-solving and strategic planning.
