Role Description We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead engagement to successful installation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a consultative, tech-enabled selling environment and is ready to be the face of the company to elite homeowners, architects, and builders. Responsibilities: Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing Understand customer requirements and assess project feasibility Share initial solution options and pricing estimates Coordinate field visits with technical (FOS) team and join for scoping Prepare and present detailed proposals post-site assessment Own client closure and contract negotiation Liaise with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover and deployment Oversee installation, app onboarding, and client training Be the client’s trusted advisor for creating intelligent, automated living spaces Provide insights to marketing for campaign and messaging refinement Qualification 1–3 years in sales/tech/interiors/IoT/AV, or premium B2C/B2B sales Excellent communication and consultative selling skills Strong understanding of residential ecosystems and premium client servicing Field sales experience and ability to manage installation coordination Self-motivated, structured, and highly responsive Total positions available - 3 Starting Salary - 25k+transport+variable Reach out to us at siddharth.rampal@paninibot.com or whatsapp your profile at +91 9811305461 Show more Show less
