Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
