About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for handling inquiries, understanding client requirements, and scheduling site visits. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth lead-to-sales conversion process by providing accurate information and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-in customers.
• Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable property options.
• Provide detailed project information and answer client queries.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with lead details and follow-ups.
• Share brochures, pricing, and other promotional material with clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer handling (real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and build trust with clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
