About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, achieving revenue targets, and building long-term customer relationships in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Drive sales of residential/commercial projects through direct sales and channel partners.
• Manage site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA with 5 years of sales experience, including minimum 3 years in real estate and 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
