Position: Sales Manager

Pay : 18,000 to 25,000/ Month

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies, leading the sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Forecast sales performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback.

3. Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

4. Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for smooth sales execution.
  • Oversee CRM updates, pipeline management, and sales documentation.
  • Ensure all sales processes follow company policies and standards.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare detailed sales reports and present insights to management.
  • Track KPIs and ensure all targets are met on time.
  • Implement effective strategies to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
