Job Summary: The Real Estate Project Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve project goals. This role involves leading a sales team, coordinating with marketing efforts, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Responsibilities · Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets. · Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and brokers. · Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring terms are favorable to the project and the organization. · Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership. · Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions. · Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on best practices. · Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. · Oversee the construction and development phases, ensuring adherence to project specifications. · Monitor and control project expenditures, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
