Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our in-store team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a flair for fashion and styling, and a proven track record in sales, preferably in bridal or ethnic retail.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Drive high standards of customer experience.
• Handle VIP and bridal clients with professionalism and personal attention.
• Offer fashion advice and styling tips based on customer preferences.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and motivate the sales team (including sales executives, floor staff, and trial room assistants).
• Conduct daily briefings and regular sales training.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Store Operations:

• Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and merchandise is well displayed.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams.
• Oversee billing and POS operations.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build long-term relationships with customers and follow up for feedback and repeat visits.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain sales reports and analytics for management review.
• Coordinate with marketing for in-store promotions and events.
• Liaise with designers, tailors, and vendors as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail sales; bridal or ethnic wear is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent grooming and presentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Preferred Qualities:

• Passion for ethnic and bridal fashion.
• Multilingual (e.g., Hindi, English, regional language).
• Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.
• Creative, with an eye for detail and trends.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
