SALES MANAGER

As a Sales Executive Head in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the business through effective leadership, customer relationship management, and market analysis. Your main duties will involve attending all walk-in clients and generating new clients through various sources, as well as closing walk-ins and leads with proper follow-ups. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing marketing strategies for properties, utilizing both online and offline channels to attract potential buyers. Guiding clients through the closing process and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner is also a key responsibility. You will need to actively prospect for new clients and leads through networking events, social media, and referrals. Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and needs throughout the buying or selling process is essential. Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be expected to prepare daily and monthly sales reports to track progress and performance. Candidates with real estate experience are preferred for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift and fixed shift schedules. The yearly bonus will be included as part of the compensation package. The work location is in person at Mumbai, specifically in Chembur. Male candidates are preferred for this role.,
