Financially, you will assist in maximizing profit while upholding the brand promise. This involves achieving monthly and annual revenue targets, adhering to financial record-keeping regulations, and managing inventory and equipment effectively. Operationally, you will be responsible for implementing brand standards, responding to audits, and collaborating with other Outlet Managers to ensure overall hotel success. Additionally, you will oversee the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, liaise with other departments, and conduct inventory checks. Regarding personnel management, you will oversee employees" punctuality and appearance, develop their skills through training and coaching, and uphold the hotel's values and culture. You will also ensure compliance with rules and regulations, particularly in terms of safety and security.
