SALES MANAGER

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, including internal proposal engineers. Your main tasks will include identifying and meeting companies, stakeholders, and department heads across various industry segments, identifying opportunities and RFQs, submitting proposals on time, managing internal proposals, and interacting with the Software and NPD engineering team for solutions. Additionally, you will need to build, manage, and achieve the annual budget plans for yourself and the sales team, as well as focus on team building and motivation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of sales executives and internal proposal engineers - Identify and meet companies, stakeholders, and department heads across industry segments - Identify opportunities and RFQs, and submit proposals on time - Manage internal proposals and collaborate with the Software and NPD engineering team for solutions - Achieve the annual budget plans for self and the sales team - Focus on team building and motivation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or Computer Science - 10-15 years of relevant experience - Ability to visit customers, understand their requirements, convert them into RFQ proposals, and negotiate for closure - Deep understanding of wireless, IIoT, and related technologies in applications involving manufacturing, process approach, PLC interface, and protocols, data exchange formats - Strong industry connections and networking across various industry segments - Analytical skills and good oral and verbal communication abilities (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
