Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Take full ownership of the team's revenue performance, ensuring consistent pipeline development and deal closures.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data to drive improvements.
• Ensure regular training and development of team members to enhance sales capability.
• Identify new business opportunities through client meetings, referrals, and lead generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
• Coordinate with marketing and project teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of current market trends, competitor activities, and project positioning.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential & commercial).
• Proven track record in team handling and revenue generation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate projects, legal documentation, and sales processes.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
