Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories or projects.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute campaigns and promotional plans.
Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and selling skills within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing.
46 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies.
Experience in real estate is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
