Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader from a BPO/Customer Service background to manage a team handling the US Utility process. The role involves monitoring performance, coaching agents, ensuring quality & SLA delivery, handling escalations, and driving overall team productivity.
Requirements: • Min 1–3 years TL experience in BPO • Strong communication & leadership skills • Experience managing 15–20 agents • Knowledge of KPIs, AHT, Quality, CSAT • Ready for rotational shifts & any 2 weekly offs Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate the team in US utility support • Track daily metrics and ensure SLA compliance • Conduct huddles, coaching, and performance
reviews • Handle escalations and maintain process quality
