Sales: • Identify and onboard new dealers in unrepresented districts. • Achieve monthly sales targets (Dealer / Project / Cold Storage verticals). • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and institutional clients. • Visit client sites, consultants, contractors, and engineers to generate leads. • Handle enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order finalization. • Coordinate with the dispatch and production teams for timely delivery. • Ensure payment collection and credit control as per company policies. Marketing: • Execute marketing campaigns targeting cold storage, food processing, clean room, and warehouse clients. • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants and end users. • Participate in trade exhibitions, engineer/architect meetings, and industry networking events. • Distribute marketing materials (brochures, sample boards, dealer certificates, etc.). • Work with the digital team to convert leads from social media and SEO/SEM campaigns. Reporting & CRM: • Maintain detailed daily visit reports and customer interaction logs. • Update CRM with all sales data, follow-ups, and order status. • Submit weekly and monthly sales forecasts and market feedback. ⸻ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Monthly SQM sales achievement (Dealer + Project + Cold Storage). • Number of new dealers/customers added. • Lead conversion ratio from digital/field sources. • Collection efficiency and payment discipline. • Customer satisfaction and repeat order ratio. ⸻ Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building materials, roofing, PUF panels, or construction-related products. • Strong field sales and negotiation skills. • Good understanding of the construction process and insulation panel applications. • Effective communication skills in English and regional languages. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
