Educational Qualification
• Minimum Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: Civil, Mechanical, or Marketing background).
• 12th Pass candidates with strong sales track record can also be considered.
Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in building materials, construction products, insulation, roofing sheets, or steel industry).
• Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn may also be taken as trainees.
Skills Required
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local construction market, dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Customer relationship management & after-sales support.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM entry).
• Must know regional language + Hindi/English.
Other Requirements
• Should be willing to travel frequently (site visits, dealer meetings, project follow-ups).
• Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Goal-oriented with ability to work under sales targets.
Preferred Qualities
• Experience in PUF, UPVC, PEB, or insulation product sales.
• Good local market contacts (dealers, builders, fabricators, consultants).
• Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive in follow-ups.
