Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop new business by identifying and engaging potential buyers of waste management services, including RDF
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline with regular prospecting, follow-ups and conversions
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure timely closure of deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, Logistics, procurement) to align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Track competitor activity, customer demand and market pricing to inform sales strategy
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Represent the company "Zigma" at local industry forums, networking sessions and sustainability related events
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in waste management, environmental services, or industrial solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel power point and digital communication platforms

Preferred candidate profile

  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred
