• Drive sales of AI-driven solutions, Data & cloud-based solutions for North America markets
• Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting, qualification, and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
• Lead customer acquisition efforts primarily in the US market, ensuring consistent growth in new logos and revenue • Identify and engage with promising prospects through networking, events, referrals, and social channels.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice leaders to craft compelling client solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of inside sales professionals, guiding their goals, performance, and career growth.
• Maintain detailed records of opportunities, pipeline health, and sales performance using CRM tools • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to leadership on competitive landscape.
• 07-10 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
• Strong track record of selling AI/ML services, Data and cloud-based solutions in North America.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets of $1M
• Strong network across mid to large enterprises in North America.
• Deep familiarity with US territory and its regional nuances.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring inside sales teams
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Nice to have
• Currently working with a company specialized in AI and Data Engineering
