Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Key tasks include managing a team of sales agents, identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering sales targets, and providing training to the sales team. The Sales Manager will also monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

Proven sales and business development skills, with the ability to set and achieve revenue targets.
Experience in team management, leadership, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Understanding of the financial services market, particularly life insurance, and knowledge of insurance products.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying market trends and performance improvement opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics to drive improvements.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
