Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating leads, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration across teams, reporting on sales metrics, and identifying opportunities for market expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Experience in client relationship management and business development
• Understanding of product specifications and technical sales, particularly in window, facade, and door systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Proficiency in sales planning, strategy implementation, and achieving revenue targets
• Knowledge of the construction or building materials industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
