Sales Manager



📌 Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer behaviors to optimize sales initiatives.
  • Define and manage regional sales plans, including setting targets, quotas and budgets.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, key metrics, forecasts and performance against targets.
  • Drive initiatives to boost sales productivity and efficiency.

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with fire protection consultants, contractors, institutional clients, and other  key customers and partners.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to craft tailored solutions and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Represent FIRECHEM at industry events, exhibitions, and project discussions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Provide feedback for new product development and positioning.



✅ Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 9–14+ years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably fire protection, safety, or industrial products).
  • Strong network among Pan India fire protection consultants and contractors.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of fire safety regulations and product standards.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, pipeline tracking, and sales analytics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets with minimal supervision.
