Identify new business opportunities and untapped customer segments. Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer behaviors to optimize sales initiatives. Define and manage regional sales plans, including setting targets, quotas and budgets. Performance Management & Reporting Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution. Provide feedback for new product development and positioning. ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 9–14+ years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably fire protection, safety, or industrial products). Strong network among Pan India fire protection consultants and contractors. Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Sound understanding of fire safety regulations and product standards. Proficient in CRM tools, pipeline tracking, and sales analytics.
