1. Execute sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with event organizers, trade show managers, and corporate clients.
3. Conduct face-to-face (online/offline) meetings with clients to build relationships, gather requirements, explain designs and ensure design submission timelines are met.
4. Work with the design team closely to ensure client requirements are well understood by the design team and that designs align with client expectations.
5. Ensure preparation and submission of proposals within the timelines committed to clients.
6. Negotiate with clients on pricing, contracts, and agreements under guidance from VP–Sales.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
8. Ensure timely updating of leads, client interactions, and follow-up status in CRM / sales trackers.
9. Prepare and maintain Sales MIS reports for Management review meetings highlighting pipeline, closures, and gaps.
10. Support Operations & Projects team with client coordination or clarifications as needed.
11. Resolve client issues post-sales in coordination with the operations and project teams, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
12. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or industry events as required to network and identify new client opportunities.
13. Manage & guide team members by ensuring regular reviews to drive sales performance.
· Minimum 5+ years as Sales Manager working with an Event / Exhibition Stall design and fabrication industry OR in B2B sales working with any services based industry.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage large-ticket, project-based sales cycles.
· Networked with corporate decision-makers, marketing heads, and brand managers.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with travel.
