Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives, drive business development, and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling manufacturing services, a solid understanding of cosmetics product lifecycles, and a network within the beauty and personal care industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with cosmetics and personal care brands (domestic and international).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, brand owners, and procurement teams.
Understand client requirements and work with internal teams (R&D, production, regulatory, packaging) to deliver customized solutions.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.
Track market trends, competition, and product innovations in the cosmetics segment.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and manage post-sales support.

Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of cosmetic product development and manufacturing processes is a plus
Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
