Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the

manufacturing industry, preferably in transformers and electrical products. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets in

transformers.

● Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in domestic and international

markets.

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and

government bodies.

● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer

requirements.

● Collaborate with the technical and production team to ensure customer requirements are

met.

● Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

● Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure profitability.

● Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

● Mentor and guide the sales team for performance improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

● Strong sales and business development background in manufacturing/electrical

industry.

● Knowledge of transformer government tenders, and industrial

clients.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to analyze data, prepare MIS reports, and drive sales targets.

● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

● Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Educational Qualification:

● Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Equivalent) or

● MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred).
