Job Title: LinkedIn Marketing & Engagement Specialist

Location: Indore

Job Type: Internship (6 Month)

Reports To: Marketing Manager / HR Manager


Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative LinkedIn Marketing & Engagement Executive to manage and grow our company's presence on LinkedIn. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of our LinkedIn portal including content creation, audience engagement, brand positioning, and lead generation strategies to enhance visibility and attract enhance connection.


Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management:

o Plan, create, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, videos, articles).

o Develop and manage a LinkedIn content calendar aligned with brand goals.

o Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company news, culture, achievements, and industry insights.

• Engagement & Community Building:

o Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

o Proactively engage with industry peers, followers, and relevant communities.

• Analytics & Reporting:

o Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.).

o Generate monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on analytics.

• Growth & Strategy:

o Increase followers and boost post reach through organic methods and targeted campaigns.

o Research and implement LinkedIn best practices and trends.

o Collaborate with recruitment or sales teams to align strategies with hiring and business goals.

• Brand Representation:

o Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

o Represent the organization positively and professionally on the platform.



Requirements:

• Well Versed with Social Media Platforms including LinkedIn & Twitter

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.).

• Understanding of LinkedIn analytics and content optimization.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with B2B marketing or employer branding is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Meta Sales Navigator and paid campaigns is a bonus.
