Pre-Sales Coordinator Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Pre-Sales Coordinator who can support the sales team by handling client and dealer communications, managing quotations and dispatch processes, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring seamless internal coordination. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks with high responsiveness. Key Responsibilities - Perform daily 30-30 client/dealer calls for follow-ups, inquiries, and coordination. - Prepare and share quotations, billing documents, and assist with the dispatch process. - Coordinate with transportation/logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. - Manage and maintain data on Excel, including sales logs, dispatch records, and client lists. - Assist the sales team with pre-sales coordination, follow-ups, and status updates. - Ensure prompt communication with clients, dealers, and internal teams. - Handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines. - Act as a team coordinator ensuring smooth communication and task allocation. - Be accountable, acknowledge mistakes, and work to improve performance. - Follow instructions and feedback from the HOD or any senior person diligently. - Maintain accurate records and support in reporting and documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation tools. - Fast typing speed and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience or knowledge in quotation, billing, dispatch, and transport coordination. - Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities. - Self-driven, responsible, and ready to take initiative and ownership. - Capable of working in a team environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams. - Open to learning, accepting feedback, and striving for consistent improvement. Preferred Experience 1-3 years in a similar role in pre-sales, coordination, or operations support.
