A Process Coordinator is responsible to manage & improve organization’s process & workflow. As well to ensure that procedures are followed, meanwhile process runs smoothly and efficiently.
A Process Coordinator’s role is essential for helping organizations to streamline their operations, reduce costs, and achieve strategic goals.
Job Responsibility:
➢ Overseas and manage day to day Operations
➢ Identify areas for improvement
➢ Ensure that Processes are followed
➢ Implement process improvements
➢ Coordinate between departments
➢ Maintain documentation & prepare reports on process performance
➢ Track & prepare data, accordingly escalate process issues to the process owner
Required Skills & Qualification:
➢ Strongly Analytical skill is required
➢ Overseeing upgrades to machinery
➢ Setting workers schedules
➢ Ensuring that Orders are filled on time
➢ Collaborating with process engineers and production managers to reduce cost
➢ Minimum 1 years of Experience is required
➢ Minimum Under Graduation is required
➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
➢ Strong organizational and time management abilities
➢ Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy
➢ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
