Job Summary:
The Telesales Manager is a full-time, on-site position at Digital Mantraaz in Chennai. The role is responsible for leading and managing a telesales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving the overall telesales strategy. The Telesales Manager will oversee team performance, optimize processes, and develop strategies to drive sales growth. Additionally, the role includes the training and development of team members, as well as implementing lead generation strategies and improving telesales scripts. A strong understanding of digital marketing services is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, manage, and mentor a telesales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide training on sales strategies, digital marketing services, and product knowledge.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer coaching to enhance team performance.
Assist in resolving complex client issues and closing high-value deals.
Sales Strategy & Performance:
Develop and execute telesales strategies that align with the company’s digital marketing services.
Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly) for the team.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Marketing teams to integrate telesales efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Adjust strategies to address any performance gaps and improve conversion rates.
Client Acquisition & Management:
Oversee the end-to-end telesales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Manage key client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and handle escalations.
Ensure smooth coordination with account management and operations teams post-sales.
Telesales Process Optimization:
Continuously analyze and improve telesales scripts, processes, and methodologies.
Utilize CRM tools to track and optimize lead management, sales performance, and reporting.
Implement technologies and tools to enhance telesales efficiency and team productivity.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track key sales metrics such as call volume, lead conversion rates, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
Provide detailed performance reports to the Sales Manager, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and ensure the team can effectively communicate the value of the company’s services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading a telesales team, ideally in digital marketing or technology.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, etc.).
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in digital marketing or a technology-based company.
Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
