Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership & Management

    :
    • Lead, manage, and mentor a telesales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Provide training on sales strategies, digital marketing services, and product knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer coaching to enhance team performance.
    • Assist in resolving complex client issues and closing high-value deals.
  2. Sales Strategy & Performance

    :
    • Develop and execute telesales strategies that align with the companys digital marketing services.
    • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly) for the team.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Marketing teams to integrate telesales efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
    • Adjust strategies to address any performance gaps and improve conversion rates.
  3. Client Acquisition & Management

    :
    • Oversee the end-to-end telesales process from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Manage key client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and handle escalations.
    • Ensure smooth coordination with account management and operations teams post-sales.
  4. Telesales Process Optimization

    :
    • Continuously analyze and improve telesales scripts, processes, and methodologies.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track and optimize lead management, sales performance, and reporting.
    • Implement technologies and tools to enhance telesales efficiency and team productivity.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    :
    • Track key sales metrics such as call volume, lead conversion rates, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
    • Provide detailed performance reports to the Sales Manager, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and ensure the team can effectively communicate the value of the company’s services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading a telesales team, ideally in digital marketing or technology.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, etc.).
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or a technology-based company.
  • Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
