Job Title : Telesales Manager Reports to : Sales Manager Job Summary : The Telesales Manager is a full-time, on-site position at Digital Mantraaz in Chennai. The role is responsible for leading and managing a telesales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving the overall telesales strategy. The Telesales Manager will oversee team performance, optimize processes, and develop strategies to drive sales growth. Additionally, the role includes the training and development of team members, as well as implementing lead generation strategies and improving telesales scripts. A strong understanding of digital marketing services is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership & Management : Lead, manage, and mentor a telesales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Provide training on sales strategies, digital marketing services, and product knowledge. Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer coaching to enhance team performance. Assist in resolving complex client issues and closing high-value deals. Sales Strategy & Performance : Develop and execute telesales strategies that align with the companys digital marketing services. Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly) for the team. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Marketing teams to integrate telesales efforts with broader marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies to address any performance gaps and improve conversion rates. Client Acquisition & Management : Oversee the end-to-end telesales process from lead generation to closing deals. Manage key client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and handle escalations. Ensure smooth coordination with account management and operations teams post-sales. Provide detailed performance reports to the Sales Manager, identifying areas for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience in leading a telesales team, ideally in digital marketing or technology. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, etc.). Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
