Senior Tele Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Telecaller at Digital Mantraaz, located in Chennai. The Senior Telecaller will focus on making outbound calls to potential leads, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves maintaining accurate call records, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving daily call targets. The ideal candidate will contribute to generating leads and nurturing relationships with prospects, supporting the companys growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong ability to handle objections and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for sales growth.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the sales field.
