Assist B2B agents with queries, itinerary changes, and urgent requirements. Maintain accurate documentation, invoices, and credit notes for bookings. Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for fare disputes, waivers, and clarifications. Monitor and prevent revenue leakage by applying correct fares and penalties. Stay updated with airline policies, travel guidelines, and industry changes. Deliver high-quality customer support and after-sales service to partner agents.

Role Over-view We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive who will play a key role in expanding Travsie’s agent network across India. The role involves connecting with travel agents, explaining the platform benefits, onboarding them, and selling annual subscriptions through effective telesales. Key Responsibilities Work on leads provided by Travsie Contact and engage travel agents through outbound calls. Explain the benefits and value proposition of the Travsie platform clearly and convincingly. Onboard new travel agents to the platform and guide them through setup and usage. Sell annual subscriptions and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for growth. What We’re Looking For: Excellent spoken English and communication skills. Smart tele-sales experience — confident in closing deals over the phone. Strong product understanding and ability to explain tech solutions simply. Highly target-driven with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Tourism industry background preferred (B2B travel, OTA, or DMC experience is a plus).
