Knowledge & experience on GDS like Amadeus is must Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund flight tickets in line with airline rules. Provide the best fare options while ensuring compliance with airline policies and company standards. Handle PNR management, EMD issuance, SSR requests (meals, baggage, seats). Assist B2B agents with queries, itinerary changes, and urgent requirements. Maintain accurate documentation, invoices, and credit notes for bookings. Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for fare disputes, waivers, and clarifications. Monitor and prevent revenue leakage by applying correct fares and penalties. Stay updated with airline policies, travel guidelines, and industry changes. Deliver high-quality customer support and after-sales service to partner agents.
