To strengthen our outreach, we are hiring Telecalling & Client Relationship Executives who will manage pre-webinar and post-webinar communication with leads. Responsibilities Make screening calls to new leads, explain webinar details, confirm interest, and ensure attendance. Conduct post-webinar follow-up and closing calls to answer queries, resolve objections, and guide prospects towards joining our web portal and agency setup program. Record call details, lead information, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales and support teams to refine scripts and improve conversion strategies. Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects through professional communication. Achieve daily and weekly targets related to calls, attendance confirmations, and enrollments. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or similar client-facing role. Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Confidence in handling objections, persuasion, and negotiation. Good computer knowledge with familiarity in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Calendar. Professional attitude, result-oriented approach, and ability to work under pressure. Qualifications Graduate / Diploma in any stream. ⚙️ Responsibilities – Back Office Executive Manage and update client data, leads, and contact information in CRM systems. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Assist the digital marketing and sales teams with backend coordination and follow-ups. Handle data entry tasks, documentation, and filing of client-related records. Coordinate with clients via WhatsApp for document verification or meeting scheduling. Monitor campaign progress, prepare performance sheets, and share updates with the team. Maintain internal communication between sales, marketing, and support departments. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all operational data and company records. Provide administrative assistance to senior executives as per daily operational needs.
