Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's brand, products, and services. This role requires a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay on top of industry trends. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads or customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

    • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Content Creation & Management:

    • Create, edit, and optimize engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, and product) to produce quality content.

Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow the company's presence on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Monitor social media channels and engage with the community.

SEO & SEM:

    • Implement and manage organic and paid SEO strategies to drive traffic to the website.
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and landing pages for SEO.

PPC & Google Ad Campaigns:

    • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Email Marketing:

    • Develop, implement, and manage email marketing strategies, including newsletters and promotional emails.
    • Build and maintain email lists and ensure high open and click-through rates.

Analytics & Reporting:

    • Use web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.
    • Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
    • Stay updated with industry news and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
    • Liaise with external agencies or vendors when necessary for paid campaigns or additional services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and various SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and strategies.
  • Experience with content creation and copywriting.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or similar platforms.
