Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production & Editing:

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, advertisements, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute video concepts that align with campaign goals.
  • Edit promotional, instructional, testimonial, and short-form content with a strong sense of pacing and storytelling.
  • Add music, sound effects, transitions, animations, and visual effects to enhance the final output.
  • Ensure all videos are optimized for the specific platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) in terms of format, resolution, and duration.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation:

  • Incorporate motion graphics, animated typography, and infographics to make videos more dynamic and visually appealing.
  • Create intro/outro animations, lower thirds, and titles as needed.
  • Develop creative motion designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance storytelling.
  • Campaign Asset Development:

  • Create and adapt video assets for digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Design video thumbnails, end screens, and overlays to boost engagement and click-through rates.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to iterate and improve video creatives based on campaign analytics and feedback.
  • Branding and Consistency:

  • Ensure all video content adheres to each client’s brand identity, tone, and style.
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative video ideas for upcoming campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a

    Video Editor

    in a digital marketing or media production environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing professional video work.
  • Proficiency in

    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop

    (or equivalent video editing and motion design tools).
  • Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Experience editing for social media and digital ads with knowledge of best practices for each platform.
  • Ability to create motion graphics and animations that enhance video narratives.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a

    digital marketing agency

    or with brands in a content-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and social media trends is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and camera basics.
