Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Video Editor

Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and paid ad campaigns
Create engaging short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos
Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to understand brand requirements
Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music where required
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity of clients
Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
Manage multiple projects and deliver edits within given timelines
Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms

Preferred Candidate Profile – Video Editor

1–3 years of experience in video editing (agency experience is a plus)
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
Strong understanding of social media content, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations is an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to take feedback positively and implement changes quickly
Portfolio or sample work is mandatory
