Job Description: Mega GD – Showroom Sales Manager (Whole-Soul Incharge of AGECO House)
Location: AGECO House
Reporting To: Director / Top Management
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM (or until customer closure)
Role Type: Full Responsibility – Multi-Showroom Management

AGECO House is Central India’s largest multi-vertical electrical, electronics, and home solutions trading group. We operate nine premium showrooms under one building, dealing in:
Sanitaryware
Kitchen solutions & chimneys
Lighting
Electricals
Electronics & appliances
Modular fittings
Home interior solutions
We are hiring a Mega GD – Showroom Sales Manager, who will act as the whole-soul incharge of all nine showrooms and will be responsible for the end-to-end performance, sales, customer satisfaction, discipline, stock management, and team handling for the entire AGECO House.
This is a high-responsibility, growth-oriented leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Complete Management of All Nine Showrooms
Oversee daily functioning of all the showrooms operating in AGECO House.
Ensure each showroom is well-presented, clean, fully functional, and customer-ready.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism across all teams.
2. Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
Responsible for the total sales performance of all showrooms combined.
Ensure every sales team achieves and exceeds their monthly and yearly targets.
Monitor sales figures, conversion ratios, and overall productivity of each team.
Guide, support, and motivate the sales executives to improve performance.
Ensure that management’s salary input is equalized with output.
3. Customer Handling & Experience
Ensure every customer entering AGECO House receives the best buying experience.
Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction remains at the highest level.
Regularly walk through all showrooms to ensure customer interactions are smooth.
4. Architect & Dealer Networking
Meet and maintain strong relations with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Conduct field visits whenever required to increase project-based sales.
Build a strong ecosystem of industry professionals connected to AGECO House.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
Handle and coordinate with all internal departments:
Sales teams
Delivery & logistics
Stock & inventory
Accounts & billing
Service & installation teams
Ensure seamless documentation, billing, delivery, and post-sale support.
6. Stock, Display & Inventory Management
Ensure all showrooms maintain accurate stock levels and proper product display.
Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams to keep fast-moving items available.
Maintain discipline in stock records and reduce inventory mismatch.
7. Performance Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor team attendance, sales productivity, and performance metrics.
Present performance updates to top management regularly.
8. Team Leadership & Staff Well-Being
Ensure all salespersons are happy, motivated, and confident in doing business with AGECO House.
Resolve internal issues and ensure a positive working environment.
Train new staff and mentor existing employees to improve efficiency.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Minimum 5–10 years experience in retail sales, showroom management, or multi-store operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and team handling abilities.
Experience in electrical, electronics, lighting, sanitary, or building materials is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-vertical operations.
Must be responsible, disciplined, and growth-oriented.
